Meet our founder, Kat Hourani
After getting her Bachelor’s degree in education, Kat switched her focus to science and enrolled in nursing school. During the pandemic, she answered her call of purpose and traded in her stethoscope for a mop! Her hard work led to a strong client list, and the motivation to build and lead her team.
Kat is also a big advocate for women’s empowerment and helping underprivileged children. She is currently working on helping to fund an after school program for children of low-income, single-parent families.

A dedicated, hard working, young mother of 5, Bianca helps keep Kat’s Cleaning teams energized and on point! Despite her busy lifestyle, she still finds time for her favorite hobbies: reading and baking. You’ll love her cute Southern accent, too!

Office Manager
Angel blesses our team with her organization skills! She’s been with Kat’s almost since the beginning. She is also a wife and mother of 3 kids (and 5 grandbabies!). A big animal lover, she enjoys riding horses in her free time, if she isn’t spending quality time with her family.

Office Assistant
Kaitlyn, also known as Sarah, is a wife and mother of two young boys. She is passionate about her job and always goes above and beyond to deliver professional work. Some of her hobbies include reading, hiking and fishing. She is also an active member of her local church.
